Shipping Issue and Scam Level Fees
This company basically wants to charge "handling fees" that are equal to whatever you buy. Spend $450 handling is $400, spend $70 and handling is $68.
Then you complete the order, after also paying $13 for shipping, which is insane for something that weights maybe 4 oz which is more than triple that actual cost f standard shipping. Then get a message that says something to the effect of "you will get these in 3-4 days" and when day 5 rolls around I contact them and point this out and the reply is "that's not possible." So, ya I sure hope I don't tear a contact in the next 2 months when I am out of country, or I can pay out the butt for DHL to get it to Germany.

I selected 12 boxes which totaled about $480.00. Then when you put in your payment information, the price doubles to over $800.00. So I called customer service and they said the other $400 that was added was a "processing fee." So the shipping and handling on 12 boxes of contacts is $400? What a scam.
They tried to say "even with the processing fees, they are still cheaper than other sites." Basically, it is false advertising. Opticontacts should be shut down by the Better Business Bureau and by anyone who investigates scams on websites.
Preferred solution: Price reduction
User's recommendation: Prices advertised are not real. Processing fee for 480.00 worth of contacts was an additional $400.00. SCAM!
